Sanderson has won a contract to supply Blair Prospect, the specialists in pain relief, listening aids, foot and healthcare equipment with its Unity solution for managing multi-channel sales.

Blair Prospect run a multi-company operation with a customer base made up of consumers and major national retailers; it also trades on behalf of ailment relief companies such as Novasonic, Acupuncture Supplies and Merit.

Their decision to invest in Unity will enable them to customise operations to suit each of their varying clients, providing the flexibility to handle individual requirements effectively and with minimum effort.

In addition to increasing functionality within their business systems and easing operational processes, Unity’s web interface will improve the ability to handle web transactions, enhance existing customer service levels and facilitate an increase in client numbers.
