Sanderson integrates business operations at Hillhout Ltd

Sanderson, the publicly owned provider of software solutions for the Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry industries, has won a contract to supply its entry level Small Business Solution (SBS) to Hillhout Ltd.

Founded in Holland over 30 years ago, Hillhout is active in both the Netherlands and many other European and non-European countries, Their UK subsidiary company, based in Suffolk, import and distribute quality wooden garden products, to the garden and leisure industry throughout the UK.

Hillhout required a system that would ensure sales and fulfilment processes are both fast and efficient, providing the ideal platform for improved customer service. They have implemented Sanderson SBS to provide a fully integrated Sales Order Processing, Accounts and Stock Management System.

The accounts package within Sanderson SBS will give access to timely and accurate financial information, enabling profit and loss to be analysed correctly. With financial information stored electronically, the need for duplicated manual data entry is eliminated, providing both time and cost savings throughout the business.

Sanderson SBS will help Hillhout to effectively manage stock levels, using a real-time system. This will optimise the efficiency of their purchasing activity, which is sequenced to suit the specific operations within their business.
