Sanderson, the publicly owned UK provider of software solutions to the Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry industries, has won a contract to supply its Swords solution to Dadibhais Bradford Ltd. Dadibhais, a Cash & Carry and Delivered Wholesaler of commercial catering equipment, serves restaurants, hotels and retail establishments in the UK and overseas. Relocating to new premises in Bradford, Dadibhais required a solution that would replace their previous system and support business operations within the new warehouse from the outset. The Sanderson solution is fully integrated and includes a full Accounts Package and real time Stock Management. The new Stock Management module, which includes Radio Frequency (RF) technology, offers significant improvements over current manual methods of managing stock and order processing. A big saving for Dadibhais is the automation of customer quotations. Using RF, staff will scan product barcodes onto the system which then automatically produces a quotation within minutes. Previously staff would accompany the customer around the warehouse and manually list and type the quotation, which could sometimes take up to a day to produce.
