Sanderson wins another M&M Value contract

Sanderson, the publicly owned UK provider of software solutions to the Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry industries, has won a contract to supply its Swords solution to Turner & Wrights, a Nisa Today’s Group 1 member.

Bolton based Turner & Wrights supplies grocery, beers, wines & spirits, confectionary and soft drinks. The company was recently acquired by M&M Value, a member of Sugro UK and another Sanderson customer, which has Swords implemented at all of the sites under its management; Cruddis, Spencer Armstrong and FW Bishops. The decision to implement the solution at Turner & Wrights was the logical choice and a positive reflection of the proven benefits the system has brought to other M&M Value companies.

The Sanderson solution will provide a single, integrated system to run Turner & Wrights’ business and improve operational efficiency and control. A key requirement for the company was to ensure uniformity in its stock management. Swords will enable Turner & Wrights to increase the accuracy and efficiency of its stock management by providing a real-time system sequenced to suit its specific operations.

Implementing the system at all of its sites will provide M&M Value with the opportunity to gain a consolidated view of its entire business activities. The accounts module within Swords will provide management with access to timely and accurate financial information, enabling profit and loss to be analysed correctly throughout the organisation. By utilising the Sanderson Business Intelligence tool, a single holistic view of business performance can be obtained, allowing management information such as sales trends to be quickly viewed and analysed.
