Management of Wages, Salaries and Payroll

Unity records and supports all elements of the payroll cycle, from clockcard inputs through to multiple payment methods, payslip generation and reporting. The Wages & Salaries functions include automatic calculation of sickness and maternity pay, which simplifies year-end tax processes, and are fully integrated with Personnel Records.

Integrated Time & Attendance (T&A)

Unity’s T&A can provide total control over Working Rules, Access Control and System Security, and ensure compliance with legislation such as the European Working Time Directive.

Supporting smart cards and key fobs, Unity’s T&A system can support up to 2000 employees. Search features make finding individual employee details quick and easy. A range of standard reports are available including:
