The Management Trainee Programme

What is a Management Trainee?

Our Management Trainee Programme is more than just a learning expeience. Its aim is to prepare motivated individuals to take up managerial roles in key functions within a growing organisation. The selection process is thorough and includes psychometric assessment to predict "job fit".

What we expect from you

Your objective will be to familiarise yourself with all aspects of each function and gain an in-depth understanding of our business operations. You will develop a wide range of management skills and consider where you want to focus your career.

How does the programme work?

The programme is structured over two years and contains in brief:

• Welcome event
• Getting to know our products and services, our people and values and our customers
• An authentic role in four key functions: Finance, Marketing, New Business Sales, Account Management

Your role will include:

• Formal introduction and job shadowing
• Genuine projects with real objectives
• Direct contact with new and existing customers, suppliers and senior management
• Being an active and integrated member of each team

What the programme offers you

The programme gives you a solid introduction to the operational mechanics of our business. You will get early exposure to our customers and make a real difference in each function. Continual assessment and skills training will prepare you to progress quickly and succeed in a managerial career.

After the programme

Once you have successfully completed the programme, you will have the opportunity to remain with the organisation. It's our aim, where possible, to retain our Management Trainees in a permanent position within their chosen field. Typically your career could develop into Account Management, New Business Sales or Consultancy Services, and may alternate between functions as you continue your professional development.
