Our Management Trainee Programme is more than just a learning expeience. Its aim is to prepare motivated individuals to take up managerial roles in key functions within a growing organisation. The selection process is thorough and includes psychometric assessment to predict "job fit".
Your objective will be to familiarise yourself with all aspects of each function and gain an in-depth understanding of our business operations. You will develop a wide range of management skills and consider where you want to focus your career.

The programme gives you a solid introduction to the operational mechanics of our business. You will get early exposure to our customers and make a real difference in each function. Continual assessment and skills training will prepare you to progress quickly and succeed in a managerial career.
Once you have successfully completed the programme, you will have the opportunity to remain with the organisation. It's our aim, where possible, to retain our Management Trainees in a permanent position within their chosen field. Typically your career could develop into Account Management, New Business Sales or Consultancy Services, and may alternate between functions as you continue your professional development.
