Retail-J Back Office is designed to improve store productivity, and is used to control individual store operations and daily housekeeping functions. Back Office applications can be accessed on the EPoS, or can be housed separately on a traditional Back Office server. Activity of colleagues in stores, warehouse and head office is recorded with Retail-J Back Office Time & Attendance. Retail-J allows you to capture staff overtime, accrued time in lieu and cover at other sites. Employee pay can also be captured and made available for payroll. Holiday and staff rotas can be managed here also.
Human Resources
Supplementary to Time & Attendance, Retail-J Human Resources covers aspects of management such as starters and leavers, employee change of details, and general diary management for monitoring of sickness & absence, appointments, holidays and notes. KPIs can be set against employees and locations with associated commission schemes.
Retail-J Back Office enables you to maintain an accurate stock inventory (unit and value) by processing deliveries, store to store transfers, inventory replenishment and perpetual inventory.
