StoreWatch allows you to monitor and view the status of any device within the estate – including EPoS, EFT servers, Data Servers and Estate Manager amongst others. Performance and review thresholds can easily be defined, with alerts being triggered should a threshold be breached. Thresholds can be set at levels that allow for identification of an issue before it has had a chance to escalate and impact your ability to trade.  Sanderson has already worked with many of the UK’s leading retailers to define base thresholds, ensuring that implementation into your estate will be painless.

Standard StoreWatch functions include:

• Checking remote devices for connectivity, storage capacity, application and general performance
• Observing Estate Manger processes to ensure they are running correctly and in line with expectations
• Monitoring & reporting on the status of card submissions from the Estate Manager to the relevant banks

A real-time view of your estate can be seen via a user dashboard, giving confidence in your estate’s performance. The StoreWatch application from Sanderson can reside on a server anywhere within your retail estate; or we can host it and monitor your estate on your behalf.
