Estate Manager
Retail-J Estate Manager allows retailers to centrally manage and communicate with the network of terminals and devices that make up the retail estate. The online browser-based applications control all configuration, system monitoring and management across multiple stores from a single set of servers.

Store Back Office
Retail-J Store Back Office applications are designed to improve productivity in retail stores and provide a flexible and adaptable platform for changing requirements. Store Back Office provides POS Management, Cash Management, Store Inventory Management, Reports, Human Resources, Time & Attendance, KPIs, Commissions and Store Diary.

Point of Sale
Retail-J Point of Sale extends the scope of traditional POS functions by delivering customer services, assisted sales, multi-media and a range of other applications at the sales counter. With browsing and navigation support built into the POS, all Retail-J and other web-based applications can be accessed from within the POS.

Electronic Payments
Payments by credit, debit and loyalty card are handled within Retail-J by the Electronic Payments engine. This application introduces a set of flexible generic components to provide card verification, account payment authorisation and account updates. The system is designed to be extensible to cover different schemes, devices and card types, and a range of communication mechanisms.

Sales Audit
Retail-J Sales Audit enables transaction processing and integrity checking of all transactions received into Estate Manager. Physical and logical integrity checks are performed on each transaction line and the system has a user interface for highlighting and correcting errors. Sales Audit can be used at Head Office to verify transactions coming in from the stores and provides estate-wide sales reports.

Inventory Management
Inventory Management controls all of the in-store functions associated with maintaining accurate store inventory positions. These applications operate against either a local store-based inventory database or a central or regional database that covers multiple stores.

Web Shopping
Retail-J Web Shopping introduces a complete home shopping application that can be adapted to meet individual retailers’ requirements and brand look-and-feel. Sales transactions through Web Shop integrate with transactions and orders taken in stores, at kiosks or POS.
