Sanderson goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service - even when it’s not a customer!

describe the imageIn the middle of a recent sales demonstration, the prospective customer had to interrupt Sanderson. Their server had gone down and they had to stop the presentation to sort it out as it had brought all their systems down and their entire business operation with it.

After a lengthy delay, they reported that their incumbent supplier had not been able to fix it, and had suggested the server was couriered from Scotland to the Midlands for inspection.

The Sanderson salesperson asked if he could take a look, and with some help from a local Sanderson customer, managed to fix the server and get the prospective customer back up and running.

Needless to say, the prospective customer was delighted, and we hope to be able to report a new sale soon!
