These industry renowned awards recognise the contribution and overall performance of the Today's Group wholesale members.
It was a great delight to see two Sanderson customers winning recognition for their outstanding work and commitment. Longstanding customer Savage & Whitten, won the Retail Operator of the Year award.
Mark Windebank, Chairman of The Today’s Group and Managing Director for Savage & Whitten, presented the award to his colleague, Michael Skelton, Business Development Manager. Also celebrating on the night was leading discount wholesaler SOS Wholesale who were highly commended as a Rising Star.
Both customers have the specialist wholesale IT system from Sanderson. Swords, the single integrated system is used by more than 120 wholesale and cash & carry businesses to improve warehouse efficiencies and support business expansion. The wholesale solution is functionally rich and is renowned for its capability to improve productivity, stock control and visibility of operations, whilst increasing sales and profitability.
The latest developments to the wholesale solution include the new Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD), which cuts costly errors with checked and signed for deliveries and the latest web ordering system which has been designed to increase customer convenience and boost sales.
