Sanderson supports Tottenham Hotspur’s ecommerce and retail operations

Offering customers an enriched multi-channel shopping experience is the key driver across in-store, ecommerce and retail operations, ensuring that all elements fulfil the customer promise. Underpinning Tottenham Hotspur’s ecommerce and direct fulfilment is the Priam multi-channel retail system from Sanderson which is delivering key benefits.

Using the Paperless Warehousing solution and latest Hand-Held terminals, Tottenham Hotspur is benefiting from greater warehousing efficiencies - including a single view of stock and warehouse operations, faster order picking, and increased accuracy across order picking and fulfilment.

The Club is also benefiting from automated stock replenishment based on real-time sales in-store. Store stock is efficiently replenished via the on-site warehouse, maximising stock availability for home match days and peak sales periods. The replenishment solution also extends to the on-site warehouse, with automated replenishment of stock from the central fulfilment centre, further maximising stock availability across the entire estate for increased sales.

Future initiatives include the launch of game-changing match day Click & Collect services, with individual collection points located within the new stadium. This will enable the Club to amplify delivery services to loyal fans, offering increased flexibility and convenience over how they receive their orders.
