Sanderson Multi-Channel Retail Solutions is the proud winner of the Best Technology Award, which was announced at the recent Direct Commerce Innovator Awards. The Awards recognise the very best of the UK’s specialist suppliers to the direct commerce sector.
Our entry for Best Technology Platform was supported by Sanderson customer Richer Sounds, who went live with our multi-channel retail system across their 54 stores and offices in 2017.
Richer Sounds chose the Sanderson system to integrate and efficiently manage their in-store EPOS, telesales, B2B, back office operations and ecommerce integrations. A key requirement was to provide an innovative retail store solution that offered Click & Collect, quotations, returns and repairs, and enabled store colleagues to deliver exemplary customer service.
