Haith’s have been producing and retailing high quality bird foods from their Lincolnshire base since 1937, building a reputation for expertise and quality customer service, and have formed a partnership with renowned ornithologist Bill Oddie. Haith’s operate through mail order, retail e-commerce and wholesale and have invested in the Elucid solution to support these sales channels. Haith’s plan to implement the Sanderson system across the entire organisation to enhance both the retail and manufacturing arms of the business. The software provides accurate stock management capabilities, allows greater cost control and ensures customer orders are fulfilled. Advanced reporting functionality provides instant management information, enhancing customer service as well as identifying opportunities for cross and up-selling across all sales channels.
